Jason Reed
PRESIDENT AND CEO
T. Jason Reed is the President/CEO of the Company and also serves in the capacity of a Company Manager. Mr. Reed is the founder of FHC, LLC. In 2004 Mr. Reed founded and operated a Healthcare Company based out of Louisiana and grew from 1 location to 17 across Louisiana and Texas while under his guidance and direction. Mr. Reed has been involved in the development, operation and management of hospitals since 2001 and has respectfully opened 20+ throughout his healthcare career.
Prior to co-founding OHC, LLC, Mr. Reed has been in various healthcare clinical positions throughout his career and possesses over 18 yrs. of healthcare experience. Mr. Reed has previously served as a Corporate Development/Marketing Director and has opened and operated behavioral health hospitals in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi. Mr. Reed had always been an entrepreneur at heart since the age of 15, with a LA based satellite installation Company. At the young age of 21, he owned and operated a health food franchise from Atlanta, GA. “Planet Smoothie”. Mr. Reed received his nursing degree from Lamar State University in 1998 and Business Studies through the University of Phoenix online program.

Steve Waters
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Graduate of the University of Texas in Arlington with degrees in Criminal Justice and Business Administration. Licensed Nursing Home Administrator with specialty in Geri Psych Facilities. Started in Psychiatric profession in 1979 working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. Career includes working at all levels of operations in Healthcare and Manufacturing Organizations as CEO, COO, VP Operations, Administrator, Facility CEO, Plant Operations, Regulatory Compliance.
Focus on operational excellence and compliance with key performance indicators.
Steve Lea
VP OF FORENSIC OPERATIONS
Steve is a graduate of Southeastern Louisiana University with a BA in Marketing. Steve has 30+ years of experience in healthcare, specifically with Louisiana’s Forensic population who receive care and treatment through Eastern Louisiana Mental Health System (ELMHS). He worked in various leadership roles throughout his career at ELMHS including Rehabilitation Director, COO, Assistant CEO, and CEO. He played a key role in the expansion of Forensic services in Louisiana and continuous to use the knowledge gained in his career with ELMHS to move Freedom’s Forensic Operations forward.
Trish Temple, LPN
VP OF OPERATIONS
Trish Temple has 24 years of dedicated service in mental health, from direct patient care in the nursing department to multiple areas in leadership. Inpatient experience gained as a working manager of adult and geriatric psychiatric services, including substance abuse treatment. Other leadership experience to include the HIM, Human Resource, and Education departments. With Freedom Behavioral, I have been blessed to have gained knowledge as a Service Development Director, Program Administrator, and Regional Operations Support. Always striving to grow and serve those in need of Freedom Behavioral’s services.

Bryan Coyle
CHIEF FINANCE OFFICER
Bryan Coyle is a seasoned financial executive with a strong foundation in public accounting and a diverse track record across multiple industries, including healthcare, oil and gas, construction, and online retail. He began his career in auditing at CPA firms before advancing into leadership roles such as Controller, Treasurer, and Chief Financial Officer.
A graduate of LSU-Shreveport with a degree in Accounting and a licensed CPA, Bryan brings a strategic and analytical approach to financial management, helping organizations drive growth, navigate change, and maintain fiscal health.
Beyond the numbers, Bryan is a devoted family man who married his high school sweetheart and is the proud father of two children.

Courtney Gary is the Corporate Controller for Freedom Healthcare. I graduated from Northwestern State University with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting in 2020. I have been working in the Accounting field for 11 years, mainly in healthcare. I am married and have three children and 5 animals. In my free time I like to garden, craft, and do yoga.

Bowen Collins
Human Resources
Bowen Collins is an accomplished Human Resources leader who joined Freedom Healthcare in 2025. With nearly two decades of experience in Human Resources and Employee Relations, he has consistently delivered strategic support to executive teams across a range of industries.
He holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Labor and Employment Law from Tulane University and a Master of Health Administration from LSU-Shreveport. Bowen is also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Project Management Professional (PMP).
At Freedom Healthcare, Bowen offers direct HR support to the CEO and works closely with all facilities and HR Directors across the organization. His approach emphasizes alignment between workforce strategy and operational goals, with a focus on employee engagement, compliance, and leadership development.
Before joining Freedom Healthcare, Bowen spent many years advising executive operating and managing committee members, leading complex HR initiatives, and advancing organizational effectiveness

Danielle Alexandrenko has been an LPN for 28 years; she has served as a Utilization Review Director for over 15 Years. Her work psychiatric UR history includes Allegiance Health Management – Freedom Behavioral Health Division, Director of Utilization Management Freedom Behavioral Health Division 9/2019 – Present, Freedom Healthcare Director of Utilization Management 11/2017 – 9/2019, Longleaf Hospital, Alexandria, LA Utilization Review Director 11/2016-11/2017, Oceans Behavioral Hospital of Alexandria, LA, Utilization Review/Quality Director/Infection Control Nurse/Employee Health Nurse 03/2009-11/2016. Danielles is highly knowledgeable in the areas of Medical Necessity Criteria for continued stay criteria, proficient in InterQual & MCG Criteria and is a very reliable and hard-working with a strong work ethic for the organization.

As the Corporate Digital Marketing Manager for Freedom Behavioral Hospital, Bryce Reed leads all digital marketing efforts across the organization’s network of mental health facilities. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic campaigns that increase brand awareness, engage communities, and support the hospital’s mission of delivering compassionate, high-quality behavioral health care.
Bryce oversees content creation and management for the hospital’s social media platforms—primarily Facebook and LinkedIn—as well as digital ad campaigns, and educational initiatives. He works closely with executive leadership and clinical staff to ensure all messaging is informative, professional, and aligned with Freedom’s values.
With a background in sales, branding, and multimedia production, Bryce brings a unique blend of creativity and strategy to the role. His efforts continue to elevate Freedom’s digital presence, enhance patient outreach, and strengthen the organization’s reputation across the region.
