As Founder / CEO of Freedom Healthcare my first and foremost commitment is to Quality Patient Care and Employee Satisfaction followed up with 5 Star Customer Service. That commitment is why I have made myself available through the Freedom of Speech site by way of email to any patient, family member, employee or any other involved or concerned individual that gets straight to me. As a hands on CEO and former clinician, I believe that everyone can and should contribute to quality outcomes and quality work environments. In addition, I am a firm believer of the chain of command and organizational chart of leadership. However, I believe if you don’t know about it you can’t help with it.
